Who is responsible for your information
Aimée Ní Riordáin, who provides Amhráin do do Lá, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to bespokeirishsongs@gmail.com.
What is collected and why
If you use the enquiry form, the website collects your name, email address, any event date and occasion you choose to provide, and your message. This information is used only to respond to your enquiry and, if you decide to proceed, to take the steps needed to discuss and provide the requested service.
A one-way hash derived from the submitting internet address is also recorded to limit automated abuse. Hosting providers may keep ordinary technical request and security logs needed to operate and protect the website.
How it is used and stored
Enquiries are stored in a protected Supabase database and are not used for mailing lists or advertising. Information is accessible only where needed to answer and manage an enquiry. Service providers that host the website and database process information only as needed to provide those services.
How long it is kept
Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer and manage the enquiry. If it leads to a booking, relevant information may be kept for longer where needed for the service, business records, or legal obligations. Anti-abuse records are kept only while needed to protect the form.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction or deletion, object to or restrict its use, or ask for a portable copy where the law provides those rights. You may also raise a concern with Ireland's Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Cookies and external links
This site does not intentionally use advertising or marketing cookies. It loads fonts from Google and links to Instagram; those services have their own privacy practices. Following an external link takes you to that service.
